For Petitioner : Mr.K.Rajeshwaran * * * * * ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the District Munsif Court, Devakottai, Sivagangai District, to dispose of O.S. No.77 of 2014 expeditiously. 2. It is seen from the typed set of papers that the petitioner has filed the suit seeking a declaration of title and recovery of possession against the respondents. The pleadings of the parties have been completed, and the trial has already commenced. The suit was posted for the cross-examination of P.W.3 as early as 20.03.2023. Thereafter, there has been no substantial progress in the matter. 3. Considering the fact that the suit is of the year 2014, that there has been no substantial progress thereafter, and that the trial commenced long ago with P.W.3 having entered the witness box in 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P(MD)No.1667 of 2026 March 2023, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit expeditiously. 4. With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
