Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor. Perused the record. 3. As seen from the record, the learned Sessions Judge, while granting pre-arrest bail, imposed certain conditions. On a perusal of the said conditions, this Court is of the view that they are neither onerous nor unreasonable. The said conditions have been imposed only to ensure that the petitioner cooperates with the Investigating Officer during the course of investigation. Therefore, there are no merits in this Criminal Petition, and the same is liable to be dismissed. 4.
