She got married to the sole accused on 30.03.2023. The marriage has been registered before Sub Registrar, Boothapandi, Kanyakumari District. 3.Pending trial, the parties have entered into a compromise and wherein the defacto complainant and the victim have agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. The default complainant as well as the victim girl appeared in person before this Court and submitted that the victim had got married to the sole accused and she wanted the charge sheet to be quashed. 4.Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in Spl.S.C.No.35 of 2023 on the file of the Exclusive Trial of Cases under the POCSO Act, Nagercoil, Kanykuamari District stands quashed. This criminal original petition stands allowed.
