Besides expressing serious allegation concerning the LPG Godown/Distributorship of 2 Respondent No.10, there is no material to assist this Court to treat this Petition as a PIL. 2. The learned Additional Government Pleader has tendered a Compilation of 22 Pages, which contains a report as well as certain communications. The documents placed before us, indicate that the LPG Godown is not surrounded by any construction or a residential locality and is a vacant land with a waterbody. An ICDS Centre is situated across the water body, which does not fall within the direct proximity under the LPG Godown. There is no habitation besides the Godown. Fire fighting equipment is in place and fire safety measures are found in the LPG Godown. The said Compilation is collectively marked as ‘X-1’ for identification. 3. In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. (OM NARAYAN RAI, J.) (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE) Chief Justice
