ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that “the petitioner shall appear and sign https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis before the respondent police weekly once, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 am., until further orders”, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10043 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 11092 of 2025 dated 01.07.2025. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition from 04.05.2026. 3. On careful perusal of the order passed in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10043 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025, it is seen that the petitioner has complied with the condition in the month of August 2025. It is also stated that petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition till 27.04.2026. 3. Considering the above facts and circumstances, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.10043 of 2025 dated 01.08.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation. 4.
