Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issue in the present matter is covered by the order dated 21.08.2023 in W.P.No.22005/2012 and as such, he submits that similar orders could be passed. A perusal of papers indicates that to be so. 4. In that view of the matter, considering that the issues appear to be identical and covered, I pass the following: ORDER i) Writ petition is allowed. ii) Mandamus is issued directing respondent No.2 to consider the application of the petitioners at Annexure-L, L1 to L4 and pass necessary orders to affect the issuance of e-katha in - 5 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:7415 WP No. 2213 of 2025 favour of the petitioners within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. iii) I.A.No.1/2025 stands dismissed.
