Today, the defacto complainant is present and he acknowledges the fact that he had agreed for quashing of the charge sheet. 3.Considering the above said facts, the charge sheet in C.C.No.310 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Karaikudi stands quashed.
