By way of this petition, the petitioner has, inter alia, prayed for the following reliefs:- “i) That the impugned office order dated 31.12.2025 retiring the petitioner at the age of 58 years Annexure P-4 may kindly be quashed and set-aside and the petitioner may be ordered to be continued in service for all intents and purposes. ii. That the respondents may be directed to give the benefit of two years of service i.e. 58 to 60 years for the purpose of pension and all other benefits upon her retirement.” 2. In light of the fact that the issue raised by the petitioner in this petition is pending adjudication before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India, as agreed, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the parties shall abide by the final judgment passed by Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in Satya Devi’s case.
