The same Judgment was also challenged by the Pithapuram Municipality (One of the respondent in the O.A.) in W.P.No.9735 of 2005 which has been already dismissed by a Co-ordinate Bench this High Court, vide Judgment dated 18.05.2025 confirming the order of the Tribunal. 3. In view of the aforesaid, the present Writ Petition is also dismissed.
