Hon’ble Shri Justice Rakesh Mohan Pandey Order On Board 10.4.2026 1) Petitioner has filed this petition seeking following reliefs:- 10A.1 Quashing /setting aside impugned relieving order dated 28/10/2022 annexed to the present petition as Annexure "P/1". 10A.2 Any other relief(s) that this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in facts and circumstances of the present case. 2) It appears that petitioner, who was working on the post of Sub- Auditor in the O/o Deputy Director Panchayat, District Dhamtari was transferred vide order dated 30.9.2022 and was subsequently relieved vide order dated 28.10.2022. In this petition, petitioner has challenged the relieving order. 3) Admittedly, no interim order was granted in favor of petitioner and petitioner was relieved from the said post vide impugned order, therefore, in my opinion, nothing survives for adjudication. 4) Consequently, this petition stands dismissed.
