ORDER The present criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent police to provide police protection at the time of conducting survey in Survey No.26/17 at Jammen Kollankondan, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 16.06.2020. 2.It could be seen from the records that the private respondents herein namely, Nagaraj and Padma have filed O.S.No.389 of 2012 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Srivilliputhur for the same survey seeking declaration and recovery of possession from the petitioner herein. The suit was dismissed. The first appeal preferred by the private respondents herein in A.S.No.34 of 2015 on the file of the Sub Court, Srivilliputhur was also dismissed on 27.06.2022. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, no further appeal has been preferred by the private respondents herein.
