ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3741 of 2026 dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 21.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before trial Court, daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the case relates to sexual assault and murder of a child and the case is pending trial before the concerned Court. 3. Considering the fact that the case involves sexual assault and murder of the child and trial is in progress, this Court is not inclined to relax the condition. However, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.3741 of 2026 dated 21.04.2026, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once in a week, i.e., every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the trial. 4.
