By this review petition, the petitioner has sought for review of order dated 20.03.2026 passed in CRP No. 4 of 2026. The prime contention raised in this review petition is that CRP No. 4 of 2026 was not maintainable in view of the availability of alternative remedy. The ground raised in this review petition appears to be solely on the question of maintainability. This Court while passing the order dated 20.03.2026 had observed that the learned Trial Court while passing the impugned injunction order did not act in accordance with law and hence, the exercise of supervisory power of this Court was necessary. In view of the above, the ground raised in this review petition has no merit, and the review petition, as such, is rejected.
