ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed by the petitionersto modify the condition in Para No. 6(b) of order made in Crl.O.P.(MD). No. 1075 of 2026 dt. 10.02.2026 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis CRL MP(MD).No.12134 of 2026 on the file of this Court. 2.By the order dated 10.02.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.1075 of 2026, this Court imposed condition, which reads as follows: “6(b) the petitioner is directed to deposit Rs.5 lakhs, to the credit of crime number at the time of producing surety and thereafter the same shall be deposited in anyone of the nationalised bank in interest accruing deposit;..” 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is ready to deposit the above said money in two installments and prays to modify the condition. 4.This Court heard both sides and perused the order. 5.It is a case of job rocketing. The petitioner luckily get the above said order with condition to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/-. Now seeks installments to deposit the above said amount. The above said request is not feasible and not proper. Accordingly, this petition stands dismissed.
