Learned Counsel for the respondents submits that, since the final
order has been passed in the proceedings before the learned Additional Collector, Latur, the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has placed on record a copy of the order passed by the learned Additional Collector, Latur, which is taken on record and marked as “X” for identification.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner also affirms the same.
