Sri D.R.Ravishankar learned Senior Counsel would submit that he would not press prayers at (b) and (c) in this petition, for the present and the interest of the petitioners would right now be protected, if prayer (a) is considered. 4. The said online 57 K-84871 12/01/2026 58 K-84872 12/01/2026 59 K-84873 12/01/2026 60 K-84875 12/01/2026 61 K-84876 12/01/2026 62 K-84895 12/01/2026

objections have been filed on 27.12.2025, the submission of learned Senior Counsel is that without considering the said objections, there is a possibility of khatha certificate being issued. 5. Having considered the said submission, if khatha has not been issued and before issuance of khatha, if objections are submitted, it would be required for the respondents to consider the said objections, then process the application for issuance of khatha. In terms of the Karnataka Sakaala Services Act, 2011, since the khatha is required to be issued within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of application having been filed, that would also pre suppose that any objections filed for issuance of khatha would have to be considered and disposed within the said 30 days period before the issuance of rejection of issuance of khatha. - 7 -
