Pending investigation, the parties have entered into a compromise wherein the defacto complainant in both petitions had agreed for quashing of the FIR. 3. Today, the defacto complainant in both petitions are present in-person and they acknowledge the fact that they had agreed for quashing of the F.I.R. 4.
