SAKTHIVEL, J This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 65 days in filing the Writ Appeal against the order dated 22.10.2025 made in W.P(MD)No. 12678 of 2022. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of this petition, it is stated that the matter was placed before the Board after obtaining its opinion to file an appeal. In the meanwhile, the papers were misplaced. Owing to all these reasons, there has been a delay. 3.Notice had been directed and notice was served. The learned counsel entered appearance for the respondent. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he had filed a contempt petition and that the contempt petition may proceed independently.
