GP FOR SERVICES I The Court made the following: 3 HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.4909 of 2026 ORDER : This Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondents in not paying salaries to Petitioner since August, 2024 till date as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The facts are as follows; The Petitioner is appointed as Part Time Lecturer/Demonstrator in Chemistry and Economics under Respondent No.4-Pragada Kotaiah Memorial Indian Institute of Handloom Technology, Venkatagiri, Nellore with effect from 12.07.1994 on contract basis. While so, the service of the Petitioner was sought to be terminated on attaining the age of 60 years. Questioning the same, Petitioner filed W.P.No.16152 of 2024 before this Court and this Court passed interim order dated 29.07.2024 directing the Petitioner to continue until further orders as the issue with regard to regularization of services of the Petitioner was under serious consideration by the State Government. The grievance of the Petitioner now is that he 4 was discharging his duties as Lecturer/Demonstrator, his salaries are not being paid. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-I appearing for the Respondents submits that the period Petitioner worked would be examined and accordingly salaries will be paid at the earliest. 4. Considering the submissions, the Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions; (i) The Respondent-authorities are directed to disburse salaries to the Petitioner for the period he worked as Lecturer/Demonstrator in Respondent No.4-College, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order; (ii) No order as to costs. 6.
