Consequently, the petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue patta in respect of the said property in favour of the petitioner, based on the representation dated 22.06.2026, within such time as may be stipulated by this Court. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the State of Tamil Nadu / respondents 1 and 2 and 2/5 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WP(MD). No.18142 of 2026 the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the 3rd respondent. 3. This Court, without going into the merits of the case, directing the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.06.2026 after issuing notice to the petitioner as well as the rival claimants if any and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
