ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5896 of 2026 dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 08.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, on all working days, at 10.30 a.m., and 5.00 pm. until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 15.04.2026. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.5896 of 2026 dated 08.04.2026, is modified as follows: “(b) The petitioner shall report before the Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Trial of NDPS Act Cases, Madurai, once in a week i.e., on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks.” 4.
