ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.8534 of 2026, dated 29.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner was granted bail by this Court with some conditions and in one of the condition that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. He further submitted that the petitioner has complied the condition regularly and due to his health condition, he finds it very difficult to comply with the condition and by complying the conditions, the petitioner is unable to go to work and he is the only bread winner of his family. Hence, he prays to relax the same. 3. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the bail condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 8534 of 2026, dated 29.04.2026, passed by this Court, as follows: “The petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent Police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of six weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation; 4.
