Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 103, 70 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case and he has committed no offence as alleged in the F.I.R. He further submits that a suicide note was produced by the brother of the deceased itself in which it has been mentioned that she is not willing to marry and if her family forces her, she would die, which clearly indicates that it is a case of suicide and the petitioner in not involved in her death. He further submits that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and for no offence he has been languishing in custody since 30.10.2025; as such, the petitioner may be enlarged on bail. He submits that the petitioner is ready to abide by every condition as imposed by this court. 4. Learned A.P.P. opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the suicidal note which is mentioned in the seizure list and also the fact that the petitioner is having no criminal antecedent and the charge-sheet has already been submitted and the petitioner is in custody since 30.10.2025; therefore, I am inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Latehar in connection with Balumath P.S. Case No. 123 of 2025. 6. It is made clear that the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the learned trial court and he shall not threaten any witnesses and shall co- operate in trial and if any adverse report will come against this petitioner, learned trial court shall be at liberty to cancel the bail of this petitioner.
