Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 137(2) and 140(3) of the BNS. 3. Informant alleged that petitioner along with other accused persons had taken away his minor daughter while she was going to coaching. The victim also supported the allegation in her statement recorded u/s 183 of the BNSS. 4.
