2. This is a second bail application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023, whereby the
Page No.# 2/2 petitioner Islam Ali @ Sahil has prayed for releasing him on bail after he was arrested in connection with Case No.08/CL/IMP/SIL/ PREV/2024-25.
3. The petitioner has now completed 85 days in judicial custody.
4. The learned counsel for the Customs Department has submitted that there is no possibility of filing the charge sheet in this case.
5. Considering the aforesaid fact, the bail application of the petitioner is allowed.
6. The petitioner Islam Ali @ Sahil shall be released on bail of ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Special Magistrate, Cachar, Silchar.
7. The petitioner shall co-operate with the police investigation. With the aforesaid direction, this BA stands disposed of. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
