COMMON ORDER : The Court made the following order :- These petitions have been filed by the petitioners to modify the condition (B) imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.9973 of 2026 dated 27.05.2026 instead of signing before the respondent police and to extend the time for execution of sureties. 2.By the order dated 02.06.2026 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9973 of 2026, this Court vide condition 6(b), this Court passed the following order: “6(b) the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of one month and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation;..” 3.This Court not satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions to modify the above said condition.
