For Petitioner : Mr.D.Senthil * * * * * ORDER This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, to dispose of O.S.No.174 of 2018 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 1/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis C.R.P(MD)No.1654 of 2026 2.The respondents herein have filed a suit in O.S.No.174 of 2018 against the petitioner and another seeking a declaration that the Power of Attorney dated 08.07.1993, alleged to have been executed by the respondents 1 to 6/plaintiffs in favour of their father, is null and void and not binding, besides seeking the relief of partition. 3.It is seen from the online case status found in the typed set of papers that the trial of the suit has already commenced. The matter is presently posted for recording the evidence of D.W.1, who has already entered the witness box. 4.Considering the fact that the trial has already commenced and D.W.1 is under examination, this Court is inclined to direct the trial Court to dispose of O.S.No.174 of 2018. Accordingly, the learned VI Additional District Judge, Madurai, is directed to dispose of O.S.No. 174 of 2018 as expeditiously as possible. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
