Upon hearing from the learned counsels of both the sides, it is felt proper to dispose of this writ petition finally directing the Collector and District Magistrate, Jagatsinghpur (Opp. Party No.2) to dispose of the representation dated 17.08.2025 (Annexure-4 of this writ petition) of the petitioners pending before him within a period of 1 month from the date of communication of this order after giving opportunity of being heard to the petitioners and others, if any, and to intimate the result of disposal of the representation to the petitioners.
