HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:5906 CRL.P No. 606 of 2026 deems fit in the circumstances of the case in the interest of justice. "
2. The prayer is to direct the Chikkamagalur SP to arrest accused Nos.2 to 4 in PCR.No.171/2024 for the offence punishable under Sections 380, 420, 330, 427, 442, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of IPC in Crime No.124/2024. Such a prayer ostensibly is not entertainable at the hands of this Court. The petitioner notwithstanding the same has filed a revision petition before the concerned Court seeking the same prayer, which also came to be dismissed. As such, there is no warrant of interference at the hands of this Court for the aforesaid prayer that is sought and the orders passed thereon. The petition lacking in merit stands rejected.
