ORDER This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8234 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis of 2026 dated 27.04.2026 that “the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders”. 2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that investigation has been completed and a final report has been filed before the concerned Magistrate. He would further submit that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court from 24.05.2026. 3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.8234 of 2026 dated 27.04.2026, is relaxed and since the final report has been filed before the concerned Court, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons. 4.
