Learned State Counsel has no objection to it. 6. In such view of the matter, instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the court concerned on or before 22.05.2026 and if he surrenders before the Court concerned on or before 22.05.2026 and moves the bail application, his bail application be considered as per law.
