JUSTICE SAMEER JAIN Order 23/03/2026 Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the applicant is presently unable to honor the condition of furnishing a bank guarantee to the tune of Rs.5,00,000/- (Rupees Five Lacs). Howsoever, it is submitted that a ‘No Objection Certificate’ (NOC) executed in respect of certain land documents, provided by the relatives of the applicant, has been placed on record, which can adequately serve the purpose of the solvent security in lieu of the said bank guarantee. In light of the aforestated facts and for the reasons categorically stated in the application, this Court deems it apposite to grant the indulgence prayed for. Accordingly, the instant application is allowed, subject to the condition that the aforementioned land documents shall be accepted as solvent security, provided they fulfill the requisite demand of Rs.5,00,000/- which must be duly supported and corroborated by the prevailing market value of the said asset.
