Upon hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and perusing the records of the case, the case of the petitioners is that they have got a decree of the Civil Court in O.S.No.56 of 2023 dated 08.01.2026 and the private respondents are violating the decree and when they sought for protection, the same is not extended to. 3. Per contra, the learned counsel for the Government of Tamil Nadu (Crl. Side) would submit that it is a private civil dispute between the petitioners and the respondents 2 to 7. 4. In view of the nature of relief that is granted, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed at the admission stage. This Court is not expressing any opinion as to the merits of the matter.
