The petitioners are the defendants in the suit. The suit was filed by the respondent for permanent injunction. According to the petitioners, there is no cause of action for the respondent / plaintiff to file the suit against the petitioners / defendants. The petitioners have already filed the written statement in the suit. Thereafter, they have filed I.A. No.5 of 2024 in O.S. No.290 of 2023, seeking for rejection of the plaint. 4. According to the petitioners, till date, counter has not been filed by the respondent / plaintiff in I.A. No.5 of 2024 in O.S. No.290 of 2023 and repeated adjournments are being given by the trial court. The petitioners seek for early disposal of I.A. No.5 of 2024 in O.S. No.290 of 2023 through this civil revision petition. 5. No prejudice would be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the District Munsif, Ambattur to dispose of I.A. No.5 of 2024 in O.S. No.290 of 2023 after receiving counter from the respondent / plaintiff within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 6.
