Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that there was a consensual relationship for which both the petitioner and the victim fled away. 2. Learned advocate for the State has produced the case diary, drawn the attention of the Court to the statement of the victim under Section 183 of the BNSS along with the medical report. 3. Having considered both the materials, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner, namely, Sk. Asraful is rejected. 5. With the aforesaid observation, C.R.M. (A) 3126 of 2026 is dismissed. 2 6.
