This application has been preferred by the appellant for condoning a delay of 22 days in filing the appeal. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in this application, the delay of 22 days which had occurred in filing this appeal is condoned and this I.A. is allowed and disposed of. Cr. Appeal (DB) No. 352 of 2026 This appeal is directed against the order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Dhanbad in Bail Petition No. 1015 of 2025, arising out of Chirkunda PS Case No. 288 of 2025, whereby and whereunder, the prayer for bail of the appellant has been rejected. It has been alleged that the appellant and some other miscreants were apprehended by the police and from the possession of the appellant one country made pistol was recovered. The appellant is in custody since 05.10.2025. Regard being had to the period of custody undergone by the appellant, we while setting aside the order dated 11.12.2025 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge 1st, Dhanbad in Bail Petition No. 1015 of 2025, arising out of Chirkunda PS Case No. 288 of 2025 direct the appellant be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Dhanbad in connection with Chirkunda PS Case No. 288 of 2025. This appeal is allowed.
