JUSTICE ASHOK KUMAR JAIN Order 15/04/2026 This special appeal has been filed by the appellant-writ petitioner against the order passed by learned Single Judge [2026:RJ-JP:15541-DB] (2 of 2) [SAW-331/2026] whereby the learned Single Judge has dismissed the stay application filed on behalf of the appellant-writ petitioner. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the material placed on record. The dispute between the parties, is with regard to immovable property-agricultural land. In that view of the matter, considering the nature of the dispute between the parties, we deem it just and proper to direct the parties to maintain status quo, as it exists today, during pendency of the S.B. Civil Writ Petition No. 5230/2026. The order dated 28.03.2026 passed by the learned Single Judge stands modified accordingly. The special appeal (writ) stands disposed of.
