Recently, by order dated 05.06.2026 in W.P.No.16489 of 2026, this court has issued a slew of directions to the Magistrates concerned to number the Applications filed under Section 14 with a direction to decide the same forthwith. 3. In the present case, the Chief Judicial Magistrate, vide note dated 18.04.2026, had reported that no such application was filed except payment of court fee. 4. In view of the same, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the directions given in W.P.No.16489 of 2026 and the Chief Judicial Magistrate is directed to take up the application and dispose of the same. 6.
