Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The instant bail application has been preferred by the petitioner for grant of regular bail for the offences registered under Sections 65(1), 238, 61(2), 3(5) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 4, 6, 8 and 17 of the Protection of Child from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 in connection with Golmuri P.S. Case No.34/2025 corresponding to Special POCSO Case No.28 of 2025 pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Exclusive (POCSO) Court, Jamshedpur at Singhbhum East. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He further submits that though as per the impugned order, it is only referring two witnesses have been examined, but as per his instruction four have been examined and there are contradictions between the prosecution witnesses and the petitioner is languishing in jail custody since 07.03.2025; as such, he may be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned A.P.P opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner and submits that there are specific allegations against the petitioner. 5. Having regard to the gravity of the offence and also the fact that the two charge-sheeted witnesses including prosecutrix and informant have supported the case and the Trial Court is in seisin of the matter, I am not inclined to enlarge this petitioner on bail at this stage, however, the Trial Court is requested to conclude the Trial expeditiously. 6.
