P. Das, Advocate For the Respondent(s) : XXXX Page No.# 2/2 BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE DEVASHIS BARUAH O R D E R 22.04.2026 Mr. S. P. Das, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the review petitioner submits that in the circumstances, if within six months from the communication dated 17.11.2025, which was delivered on 18.11.2025, no steps are taken for due compliance with the order dated 09.12.2024, the petitioner would approach this Court by filing a fresh contempt application. 2. This Court also duly takes note of that such liberty was granted to the petitioner in the order dated 12.12.2025 passed in Cont.Cas(C) No.653/2025. 3. Accordingly, this Court therefore closes the instant review application in view of the said submission made by Mr. S. P. Das, the learned counsel for the review petitioner. This Court clarifies that the closure of both the contempt application, i.e. Cont.Cas(C) No.653/2025 as well as the instant review application shall not preclude the petitioner to approach this Court after 18.05.2026, if so advised.
