Admittedly, the petitioner submitted representation seeking https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Crl.No.1441 of 2026 police protection to put up a compound wall in and around the temple properties. It is the submission of the petitioner that no one is objecting to fence its property. Therefore, this Court is of the view that there is no need to provide any police protection to the petitioner while fencing its property. Further, if there is any dispute over the boundaries or title over the temple lands with third parties, the temple ought to have approached the civil court for appropriate relief. If there is no civil dispute, the petitioner can fence its properties as per the documents. 3. In view of the above, the direction sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered. As such, this writ petition is dismissed.
