She also alleges that the police had not attended with proper urgency to her complaint regarding her daughter being missing. 2.When the matter is called today, detenu and R3 are produced and they state that they have been married in the temple on 10.06.2006. The date of birth of the detenu is 25.08.2007 and she categorically asserts that she has voluntarily left from parental home and is not interested to return to her home.
