JUSTICE SOUMITRA SAIKIA ORDER 24.04.2026 Heard Mr. D Deka, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. CKS Baruah, learned CGC for the respondents. It is submitted at the Bar that the impugned order of transfer dated 22.12.2025 has been altered and now the petitioner has been transferred to 34 Battalion. This order was issued on 30.03.2026 and a copy of the same has been furnished to the Court by the learned CGC. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the contention raised by the learned CGC. Accordingly, no further claim is required to be adjudicated in the present writ petition. In view of the above, Writ Petition stands dismissed as not pressed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
