The applicant has filed this civil revision praying for following relief:- “That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this revision and to quash the impugned order dated 25.11.2025 (Annexure A-1) passed by the learned Civil Judge Junior Class Marwahi, District Bilaspur Chhattisgarh in civil suit no. 11-A/2022 and the applicant may be given opportunity to amend in the plaint as sought by the applicant, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present civil revision with liberty to file an appropriate petition before the appropriate forum. It is further submitted that the certified copies of all annexures filed along with the present civil revision may kindly be returned to the applicant. 3. Learned State counsel has no objection to the prayer made by learned counsel for the applicant. 4. Accordingly, the present civil revision is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed for by the learned counsel for the applicant. 5. Certified copies of the documents annexed to the revision, if any, 3 shall be returned to learned counsel for the applicant after retaining photocopies thereof on record.
