The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police objected this petition on the ground that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only for twenty-nine days. 3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. 4.Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in para No.6(b) in Crl.O.P.No.13981 of 2026 dated 04.06.2026 is modified to the effect that “ the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police weekly once i.e. on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders”. The other conditions remain unaltered. 5.
