Therefore, he is not pressing for any relief in this Civil Revision Petition. The petitioners had filed this Civil Revision Petition only aggrieved by the imposition of cost through the impugned order. 2. Since the petitioners are willing to pay the cost, a direction is issued to the petitioners by this Court to pay the cost of Rs.500/- each to the respondents within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On payment of the said cost, the application filed by the petitioners, seeking to transpose the 2nd and 3rd plaintiffs in O.S. No. 17 of 2011 on the file of the District Judge, The Nilgiris at Uthagamandalam be transposed as the 3rd and 4th defendants in the suit as prayed for in I.A.No.1 of 2024 in O.S. No. 17 of 2011 is allowed as per the impugned order. 3. On payment of the cost within the stipulated time as directed by this Court, the trial Court is directed to carry out the amendment in the suit accordingly. 4.
