Mr. Vishal Panwar, learned Additional Advocate General, appears and waives service of notice on behalf of the respondents. 2. In   view   of   the   controversy   involved   in   the petition,   no   reply   is   intended   to   be   called   from   the respondents. 3. The   grievance   of   the   petitioner   in   the   writ petition is that in pursuance of order dated 21.10.2014, he was appointed as Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) Medical, on   contract   basis   and   posted   as   such   at   Government Senior Secondary School Kolang, District Lahaul & Spiti, 1 Whether Reporters of local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? Yes. 2 2026:HHC:3393 H.P., which is a tribal area and despite completion of 11 years,   he   is   not  being   transferred   to   the   station   of   his choice. 4. Vide   Office   Order   dated   14th  June,   2018, services   of   the   petitioner   were   regularized   and   in compliance of the said order, he joined his duties in the same School on 15th June, 2018. 5. The petitioner was transferred, vide Office Order dated   23rd  November,   2019,   from   Government   Senior Secondary School Kolang to Government Senior Secondary School,   Madgram,   where   he   joined   on   25th  November, 2019. 6. The petitioner has served in the tribal area for more than 11 years and he has made representations to respondent No. 2, vide Annexure P­1 dated 13th  August, 2025;   Annexure   P­2   dated   14th  November,   2025   and Annexure   P­3   dated   26th  December,   2025,   respectively. The Principal of the School has forwarded the application for transfer of the petitioner to Deputy Director of School Education vide letter dated 26th December, 2025. 7. As per the petitioner till date, no decision has been taken on the said representation made by him. 3 2026:HHC:3393 8. Keeping in view the transfer policy in as much as the fact that the petitioner has served for more than 11 years in the tribal areas, he is to be transferred to one of the stations of his choice, which he has mentioned in last representation dated 26th  December, 2025 i.e. GHS Neoli, District Kullu, H.P.; GSSS Bagan, District Kullu, H.P.; and GSSS Katrain, District Kullu, H.P., where the post of TGT (Medical) is lying vacant. 9. Since the petitioner has already completed 11 years in the tribal areas, respondents/competent authority is directed to decide the representation dated 26.12.2025, made by the petitioner and consider his request to post him at either of the three places, where the post is lying vacant. 10. Let needful be done by the competent authority within four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 11. The petition is accordingly disposed of. 12.
