In view of the seriousness of the offences and the stage of the investigation, she contended that the present application is premature and opposed the grant of anticipatory bail. 2. considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) for the respondent police and also having regard to the fact that the offences have been altered to Sections 5 and 6 of the POCSO Act, the gravity of the allegations, and the fact that the investigation is still at a nascent stage, this Court is of the considered view that it is not a fit case to exercise the discretionary relief of anticipatory bail. 3.
