It is the case of the petitioner that he was working as Village Administrative Officer in Veppampoondi Village. While so, he was falsely framed as accepting the bribe and therefore, arrested and remanded on 22.09.2025. Later, he was released on bail by an order dated 15.10.2025. Even after nine months, the DVAC has not filed any chargesheet and the suspension order has not been reviewed. 3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made a representation to the dated 20.04.2026 before the respondent for which there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court. 4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record. 5.
