City Civil & Sessions Judge, Mayohall Unit, Bengaluru (CCCH No. 75) in OS No. 7524/2013 rejecting IA filed by the petitioners under Section 15 (1) of the Commercial Courts Act, 2015 read with Section 151 of CPC which is produced at Annexure 'A'. ii) Pass an order transferring the suit in OS No. 7524/2013 which is now pending on the file of the learned 74th Addl. City Civil & Sessions Judge, Mayohall Unit, Bengaluru (CCCH No. 75) to the Commercial Court at Bengaluru City. iii) Grant cost of this petition. iv) And also grant such other and further reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit considering the facts and circumstances of the case, to meet the ends of justice." 2. After arguing the matter for sometime learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition may be disposed of as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and within a stipulated time frame. 3. No.7524/2013 is said to be posted on 12.02.2026 is directed to dispose of the suit as expeditiously as possible and at any rate within a period of six months from 12.02.2026. 5.
